Who We Are
KSO was founded on a unique combination of real-world operational leadership and a lifetime dedicated to education, training, and developing people. With over 20 years of service as a California Highway Patrol officer in a variety of assignments, I developed deep expertise in operations, risk management, investigations, and the importance of sound judgment in high-stakes environments.
Building on that foundation, I've spent over 30 years in education and training as an educator, administrator, and curriculum developer—equipping individuals and organizations with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to grow, lead, and succeed.
